Danika H. Mendrygal established Mendrygal Law, PLLC in 2015 with a singular focus on representing and advising nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. We advise boards, officers, and staff of nonprofits on every aspect of establishing, growing and managing a tax-exempt organization. Mendrygal Law, PLLC is a team of five lawyers who represent clients of all sizes, ranging from the start-up charity to the family foundation with assets over $80,000,000. The firm leverages a network of local, national, and international lawyers and advisors to provide clients with clear, efficient and results-oriented advice.
